MLI has just updated and improved its TXF package.   A specialized frequency analyzer package that is tailored for FAST measurement of machine tool dynamics that works with its redesigned proprietary SIM-2 (Sensor Interface Module). 

Curve fitting software extracts frequency, stiffness, mass and damping information.  Cutting predictions (depth of cut or cut power stability diagrams) are available DIRECTLY and IMMEDIATELY from the software for quick guidance on the shop floor.  The software is linked to MilSim™ in order to import dynamic tool data for milling simulation that then provides milling force and displacement information, allows combination of work piece and tool dynamics, and provides surface finish and accuracy estimates.
